decorator.tv collects only the information you voluntarily provide through our quote forms, contact forms and partner applications — typically your name, address, phone, email and project details.

We use this information solely to respond to your request, prepare a quote, and communicate about a project in progress. We do not sell, rent or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We retain project records — including EyeSpyR documentation — for the duration of our five-year workmanship warranty plus seven years for tax and insurance compliance. After that, records are securely destroyed.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing privacy@decorator.tv.

This policy complies with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Canada's PIPEDA.
