Terms of Service

These terms govern any quote, scope, project or referral relationship between decorator.tv and our clients, partners and visitors. By engaging us for a quote or project, you agree to these terms.

All quotes are written, fixed-price, and valid for 30 days from issue. Verbal estimates are not binding. Changes to the agreed scope require a written change order signed by both parties before the work proceeds.

Payment terms are 25% deposit on acceptance, 50% on substantial completion of the major work phase, and 25% on final walkthrough and acceptance. Commercial terms are net-30 from invoice unless otherwise agreed.

Our workmanship warranty is five years from project completion, transferable to subsequent owners during the warranty period. The warranty covers defects in our workmanship; it does not cover damage from settlement, water intrusion, normal wear or third-party trades.

Disputes will be resolved by good-faith negotiation first, mediation in Langley, BC second, and binding arbitration third.
