Commercial Decorating

Commercial decorating is a different business from residential. The drivers are schedule, safety documentation, and the ability to work around an operating tenant. We've built our commercial division around those three constraints and we run it as a separate dispatch from our residential crews.

Our commercial scope covers Class-A office repaints, retail rebrands (we have a current MSA with two national QSR chains), hospitality FF&E refinishing, multi-family corridor and amenity-space refreshes, and tenant-improvement painting on builder schedules of 5 to 30 days. We have completed work in occupied medical clinics, daycare centres during operating hours, and a 24/7 logistics warehouse — the safety planning for each of those is a separate document we are happy to share.

Documentation is the unsexy core of commercial work. Every project ships with a site-specific safety plan, daily JHA, SDS binder, COI naming the GC and property owner as additional insureds, and a daily progress report with photos. Our PMs are Procore-fluent and we'll integrate into your existing project management stack on request.

Night-shift and weekend work is standard pricing, not a premium, on commercial projects of $25,000 or more. We staff a dedicated night crew between September and May and we can mobilise within 72 hours for tenant-improvement emergencies.

Commercial pricing is bid by scope. We respond to RFPs within 5 business days and we provide a fixed-price quote with a clear schedule of values. Time-and-material work is available for change orders and emergency response.
