Painting is the most-quoted and least-understood trade service in residential construction. The price spread between the lowest and highest quote on the same house is routinely 3:1, and the difference is almost never the paint — it's the prep, the crew, and the warranty backing the work. We are deliberately positioned in the upper third of that spread because we don't subcontract, we don't skip prep, and we stand behind every surface for five years.

Our interior painting service covers walls, ceilings, trim, doors, cabinetry refinishing and feature walls. We carry full liability ($5M), WCB coverage on every crew member, and a written workmanship warranty that transfers with the home if you sell within the warranty period — a quiet but real value-add for sellers in the Fraser Valley resale market.

Exterior painting in BC is its own discipline. Our coastal climate is brutal on south-facing elevations and unforgiving on cedar siding that hasn't been properly back-primed. We schedule exterior work between May and September only, we monitor humidity and dew point hourly during application, and we will not paint over failing substrate. If the existing paint is failing, we will tell you and we will quote the remediation separately rather than burying the problem.

Cabinet refinishing is a specialty service we run out of a controlled spray booth at our Langley shop. Doors and drawer fronts come off-site, get stripped, sanded, primed and sprayed with a catalysed urethane that cures harder than factory finish. The boxes are masked and sprayed in place. Turnaround is typically 8 working days and the kitchen is usable throughout.

Every painting project includes a written colour consultation, a fixed-price quote, a project manager you can text directly, daily site cleanup, and a documented final walkthrough. Pricing starts at $1,200 for a single room and $7,500 for a typical main floor.
