Realtors searching for a one-stop colour, paint and stage partner in the Fraser Valley — we run pre-listing scopes on a 7-day turnaround.

A pre-listing refresh is the highest-ROI decorating work we do. Sellers who invest $4,000 to $9,000 in colour correction, neutralised feature walls, refreshed trim and light staging routinely list at $25,000 to $60,000 above the comparable un-refreshed home in the same complex or street. We have the data on this from our realtor partners going back to 2019.

Our pre-listing service is a fixed scope: a colour audit (which existing colours photograph badly under MLS lighting and need to go), a paint scope (we standardise on three neutrals that photograph cleanly), a trim refresh, a hardware swap (we'll replace dated brushed-nickel cabinet pulls with matte-black or unlacquered brass on request), and a light staging pass with our rental inventory.

Turnaround is 7 working days from go-ahead to MLS-ready. We work directly with the listing agent and we can schedule around inspections and photographer bookings.

Pricing is a fixed package starting at $4,200 for a townhouse and $7,400 for a detached home. Staging rental is monthly and quoted separately.
